We have over 50 years of combined experience of working in education, the outdoor environment and military. We can deliver our courses to groups from the age of 10 years and upwards. We are flexible in our approach and can deliver activities at your location if you prefer (full or half days) or you can visit us at one of our specially chosen venues. Our courses are designed to develop confidence, self-esteem, planning tasks, teamwork, communication, problem solving and leadership through active participation. This encourages and develops good physical health and mental wellbeing incorporating the feel good factor through a sense of achievement.
Through our fitness activities we aim to promote cardio vascular and muscular endurance through modified fitness activities depending upon age and ability. We have the ability to deliver our own pre -set packages or develop a package to suit you the client (minimum of 8 persons for maximum benefit). For those of you who are wishing to pursue a career in the uniformed services, we offer an experience that incorporates fitness testing designed around the entry requirements for uniformed services along -side teamwork problem solving and planning skills. We aim to develop leadership qualities through utilising a combination of military and civilian public services activities such as navigation, radio communication, planning exercises and basic military field skills that are also applicable for the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. As our instructors are currently working in the education sector we are fully qualified with numerous governing body awards, have DBS clearance and are current and up to date in outdoor first aid.
